What you can return, and how long you have, depends on what you ordered. Find the section that matches your order below.
Request a return within 30 days for physical items, or 7 days for digital items, counted from the purchase date.
Unauthorized returns, and returns that arrive in less than MINT condition, are not refunded. Refunds cover the price of the product only, not the original shipping.
You'll be asked to sign in, so we can find your order.
Returns are by approval only. We do not accept open or unsolicited returns. Notify us in writing within 30 days of the invoice date, wait for written approval and a Return Authorization (RA), and return only the items listed on the RA.
Unauthorized returns are refused, a $50 penalty fee is charged, and no credit is issued. You have 5 business days to reclaim the books, shipped back at your expense. After that, DawnSign is no longer responsible for the property. Digital products, access codes, discounted or clearance materials, and discontinued titles are final sale.
